In this latest newsletter, we’re pleased to welcome new SPIN members, announce new opportunities and celebrate new publications.

 

Announcements

 

  • The recording of the talk by Jeff Whyte (Lancaster), ‘The Birth of Psychological War’, is now available on YouTube.
  • The recording of the talk by Vera Zurbrügg (UAL), ‘Articulated Absences Archive’, is now available on YouTube.
  • Both the SPIN Routledge Handbook of Gender and Secrecy and the SPIN Routledge Handbook of Secrecy Studies are moving forward. There is still an opportunity to contribute a chapter to either volume. Do please get in touch if interested. Further updates and details for all existing contributors to follow.
  • A new working group of the British International Studies Association (BISA), the Critical Alternatives for World Politics Working Group (CAWP) has been launched, co-chaired by Natalie Jester. It is an experimental, creative, and non-mainstream research space for IR that may appeal to those in our community. Please follow the link for further information.
